  • I offer both teletherapy sessions, as well as in-office sessions located at Edison Plaza in downtown Beaumont.

  • Edison Plaza has free two-hour parking located at the base of the building. I recommend parking there.

  • Individuals, couples, teens, and children.

  • Individual sessions are 50-minutes. Couples sessions are 90-minutes.

  • You have complete control of the frequency of our sessions; however, depending on your needs, I may suggest weekly, biweekly, or even monthly sessions. Recommendations may be made after our initial intake session.

  • As an LPC-Associate, I am not allowed to bill insurance. The best analogy I can think of is how in Grey’s Anatomy, the surgical residents are all doctors, but they are not surgeons yet, therefore they cannot do surgery unassisted. It is the same for me. I work under a supervisor, Shana Mercer, M.Ed., LPC-S, while I complete my Associate licensure hours. Once I have completed the hours, I plan on getting in with insurance.

  • At the top of each page or within the menu located on the top right, you will see a button that says Book a Session. If you click this link, it will redirect you to my Square portal which allows you to choose a session time and date. If you have any additional questions before getting started, click the Contact tab and send me an email. I will get back to you within 1 business day.

  • During our first session, we will review and sign intake paperwork, review the rules and limits of confidentiality, as well as establish guidelines for a therapeutic relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy and identify any goals that you may have.

  • In short, no. I cannot see clients who I know personally, due to the conflict of having a dual relationship. However, I may be able to refer you to a trusted colleague or provide you with resources to finding a therapist that would work well for you.

  • Rates vary depending on service provided. I charge $50 per individual session, and $100 per couples session.

  • Upon graduation, a therapist is sort of like a resident. They hold an Associates licensure meaning they must complete a certain amount of session hours before they can be on their own. This is the phase I am in. I am supervised by Shana Mercer, M.Ed., LPC-S. If you have any questions regarding supervision, my abilities, or confidentiality, please let me know.

  • My current business hours are listed under the Contact tab.

  • I do not give out my personal cell phone number, instead I work exclusively from email. Because of this, I often reply quickly. My turn around time is approximately 1 business day (i.e., if you email me Friday, I will get back to you by the latest of Monday). My email is listed under the Contact tab.
